KEY projects

A selection of projects demonstrating my service design work — focusing on creating seamless end-to-end experiences, optimizing processes, and aligning business objectives with real user needs.

Tieto Service Channel development

A service design project for Tieto Managed Services, focused on researching customer pain points and designing new features for the Service Channel portal. The goal was to shift development toward a user-centered approach, using design methods and feedback to improve both customer and user experience.

PORTFOLIO DIGITALIZATION

A service design project, addressing challenges in aligning sales and delivery processes across B2B operations. The work focused on defining a unified sales journey and creating MVP proposals that connected front-end sales activities with supporting back-end services for a more consistent and efficient workflow.

A fast-paced service and brand design sprint for a Nordic aviation client, aiming to create a new kind of loyalty program inspired by community, exploration, and shared experiences. In just one week, we developed the brand strategy, visual identity, and digital platform concept through a series of intensive, time-boxed workshops run in a war-room format.

Tieto Core for SAP Hana sprint

A service design project focused on improving how new services are modeled and onboarded into the Tieto Service Channel. The goal was to define the key elements of the onboarding process and outline agile next steps to make service activation more consistent, efficient, and user-focused.

A workshop initiative aimed at introducing Design Thinking to the Tieto Leadership Team, raising awareness of customer experience. I helped design and facilitate an engaging, lightweight session for 60 LT members, enabling them to co-create ideas on how Tieto could deliver greater value and stronger experiences to its customers.
