A major digital transformation project redesigning F-Secure’s B2B website into the new B2B brand — aligning brand, marketing, and user experience to strengthen lead generation and deliver measurable business impact.

.Com as a Next gen brochure

A digital transformation project for a client in the mining industry, redesigning product and service presentations on the corporate website to replace static PDF brochures with an interactive, modular web solution. The work introduced a scalable structure for product pages, assets, and forms, later expanding to include the blog and articles section.

A full intranet redesign project for Tieto, a Nordic IT service company, combining visual and content renewal to create a more engaging, user-friendly internal platform. I was invited to join the project for my industry knowledge and experience, ensuring fast-paced progress and a cohesive approach to both design and communication.

A global web platform renewal project for WithSecure.com, creating a scalable and modern foundation that strengthened brand consistency, improved user experience, and boosted lead generation. The work covered strategy, UX/UI design, AEM Cloud migration, and content redesign to deliver a seamless, conversion-driven digital experience.

CHATBOT COMMS REDESIGN

A strategic project to unify and redesign chatbot communication across platforms, consolidating multiple tools into a single solution with Qualified. The work focused on defining requirements, streamlining chat flows, and integrating with Salesforce and analytics — creating a scalable, GDPR-compliant framework.

A digital rebranding project for a client in the higher education sector, covering brand strategy, identity, tone of voice, and a full website concept including information architecture, navigation, and visual design. A strategic initiative to design an interactive Demo Center portal for showcasing the Elements platform. The goal was to create a central hub where prospects and partners could explore real product environments, build trust through hands-on experience, and support growth by driving engagement, demand generation, and clearer understanding of solution value.

PARTNER COMMS DESIGN

A transformation project focused on creating a partner website approach, enabling selected partners to present the brand and its European perspective consistently across their own sites. The pages were designed for clarity, usability, and engagement — making it easy for visitors to understand WithSecure’s value, explore resources, and take actions like requesting demos or starting trials.

An eCommerce research and design project, aimed at enabling direct product trials, purchases, and subscription management. The work mapped the eCommerce ecosystem — from trials and catalogues to cart flows, payments, and CRM/CMS integrations — creating a seamless digital experience that bridged marketing, sales, and partner channels.
